   Yes you can replace our company’s name with yours as well customize the content to suite your specific training needs.

5. Is there a yearly fee to continue using the materials?

   No, once you have purchased the materials you can use them for as long as you like for training purposes.

6. What happens if updates or new courses are release?

   You would need to take advantage of our optional courseware assurance program.

    No they are not certified but they will prepare you for Microsoft certification.

15. What format do the courses come in?

    Training materials are in Microsoft Office 2003 format. Exercise files for computer courses will be in a format native to the course.

16. Does it matter what Operating System I am using?

    No the operating systems has no effect on the courses.
